awakening

Awakening is an agonizing process, it is facing our shadows, and the tearing down of all of our cherished beliefs and everything we thought about our self, our false ideas of who we are. But this is the only way to heal and become whole again.

Completely surrendering to God's love is a complete denial of the self; an excruciating death, the only way to awaken.

Awakening is a road of destruction and the question is, “How much are we willing to give up? How much can we endure?” On this road, we must give up everything. Every piece of our self must shatter.

When we awaken, however, we awaken to truth, we awaken to freedom, we begin to live life eternal.
