"We are saved by hope, and so too are we made happy by hope." - St. Augustine
This global pandemic can be regarded as a test of our faith and love: “our faith in how we see, experience, and act toward God; our love in a way that recognizes how we should act toward our neighbor.”
Our attitude toward COVID-19 should be marked by the Christian virtue of measured concern: measured, not panicking but heeding our Saviour’s encouraging warning, and concern, recognizing the evil for what it is, and not comforting ourselves with falsehoods.
Matthew 6:25, 10:28 "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body. Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul."
