It was the very breath of the Almighty Creator Himself that was breathed into the lifeless clay form that God Himself fashioned - it was the life-breath of God that breathed His own life into the lifeless body of Adam. And because we were exhorted to be born again, it is the same Holy Spirit that gives re-birth.
