complaining

There are giants to conquer in the land of God's abundance. One of the biggest giants is complaining about circumstances.

We must understand that complaining is sinful.

In the letter to the Hebrews Paul wrote about grumbling and complaining, which was an allusion to the wilderness wanderings of Israel.

Complaining not only blinds us to all the ways God has graced us, but it also spreads to others. It spreads throughout a family, an organization, and a church—limiting and sometimes destroying spiritual growth.

Complaining is like telling God He doesn’t know what’s best and that He doesn’t care. It is a bitter toot that bears unwanted fruit; it is an affront to God.

Hebrews 12:15 "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many."

Philippians 2:14 "Do everything without complaining."
