divine gratitude

When one is in love, the thought of the beloved is constant, this oneness with the beloved makes all concerns irrelevant as it produces joy, excitement, and inspiration.

Such is the exhortation to "pray constantly". Not that we must speak to God, but to remain in Him constantly, to be in the spirit of gratitude constantly - divine gratitude. It is an appeal to be one with God constantly - to live in the Holy Spirit.

1 Thesalonians 5:16 16 "Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus."
