Oftentimes we seek God for His gifts and blessings. But God is so much more than his lavish gifts.
Sometimes we get way more excited about doing things for God than being with God. Yet only by being in God’s presence, are we at our best. Only by being in God’s presence, do we bloom. And only by being in God’s presence, are we truly happy.
Truth is, God is in us, but we are more occupied and concerned about other matters than in Him who dwells in and works through us.
1 Corinthians 3:16 "Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?"
