We could never be filled WITH all the fullness of God, for only He is eternal and His fullness is immeasurable, limitless, inexhaustible, and never-ending.
We can go on being filled by means of the Spirit of God. We can day by day be filled with His Grace.
Just as we will never fathom the depth of the riches of His grace towards us, so too can we never have ALL His fullness, but we can be filled to our level of completeness.
Ephesians 3:19 "Know this love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
