Making a lifestyle change is challenging, especially when we want to transform our behavior. It helps to think of it not as a resolution but as an evolution.
We get into habitual patterns of thinking and the way we think shapes our experience of the world. When we change our thinking, especially away from instinctive judgment, we get on the path of love and even alter the unpleasantness of life events.
