All spirituality is about rediscovering the purity and the innocence we were born with, and which we lost in the trauma of growing up.
Innocence is our purest state of being. It is the way each one of us is intrinsically created. Our essence is unblemished purity, with clear hearts and minds. In short, the soul is innocence personified.
Once we reconnect with innocence, we connect with God's flow of love and bounty. But it requires us to give up on our conditionings, beliefs, and ego. It requires us to surrender to the oneness, goodness, and justice of God. It asks us to let go of the baggage of self-important achievements.
When we do, our "journey back to the garden" has begun.
Matthew 18:3 “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."
