Inspiration is received rather than found. We are inspired whenever we "lay at His feet in silence and in awe." We enter this state of inspiration through meditation.
Through meditation we receive the breath of the Holy Spirit. We are immersed in the ocean of spiritual life, the Sun of Truth is reflected in our hearts, and we behold the virtues of the Kingdom.
John 16:13 "When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth."
