God looks upon us intently where we are reluctant to look - on our shared, divine nature as His children.
In time, our gaze will match God’s gaze because it is the same eyes that are looking. We simply complete the divine cycle, “love returning love.” This is our life's spiritual agenda.
We are saved by remaining consciously and confidently inside the loving presence of God, not by getting it right in and by ourselves. We do not need to be correct, but always try to remain connected to our Source. Our holiness is God’s holiness, that is why it’s certain and secure. It is a participation in love, a mutual indwelling, not an achievement or performance on our part.
2 Corinthians 3:18 "So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image."
