Relationships compose one of the largest pillars upon which our happiness is built. We are social creatures with the need to feel connected, cared for, and understood. Our very DNA compels us to seek relationships that satisfy those needs. From the most basic viewpoint, the biological need for connection stems from survival instinct; the propagation and protection of the human species depend on the bonds of our relationships.
However, prevalent today, as is obvious on social media, is the propagation of judgement of others - political, racial, of all and everything that divides and separates us.
Regardless of what they’re judging others about — they are exhibiting a lack of serenity, a lack of inner peace.
