true and complete

The mystics have always emphasized a life anchored in God. Relationships with God as actual, inner, transcendent experiences.

We all can discover an inner authority that we can trust that is bigger than our own. When we are able to trust God directly, it balances with the almost exclusive reliance on external authority of scripture and tradition.

Much of what is popularly known as religion is external to the self, top-down dogma, operating from the outside in.

Without deep contact with one’s in-depth self, a personal knowledge of and relationship with God is incomplete.

John 14:6 “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me."
