"Abundant life" is a term used to refer to Christian teachings on fullness of life. The word Zoe (life) from the Greek means divine, uncreated, incorruptible, indestructible, eternal life of God.
God desires this for us through a relationship with Him. A relationship that is far more than knowing His commands through scripture and worshiping Him in prayer.
Worship comes from weorðscipe, which means the condition of being worthy.
Our worthiness is our spiritual wellbeing, which results from our spirit aligning with and drawing from truth within us, God Himself.
John 4:23-24 "But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
